空中の村（以下「当施設」）をご利用いただきありがとうございます。すべてのお客様に安全で快適にお過ごしいただくため、以下の利用規約をご確認ください。
Thank you for visiting Kūchū no Mura (“The village in the SKy”). To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please read the following Terms of Use.
■ ご予約について（Reservations）
・ご予約がない場合でも空きがあればご利用いただけますが、ご予約のお客様を優先いたします。事前予約をおすすめします。
・キャンセルは予約確認メール記載のURLよりお手続きください。キャンセル料はかかりません。
・台風・豪雨・雷・積雪・地震などにより、安全確保が困難と判断した場合は、ご予約または営業を中止する場合があります。その際は、ご登録いただいた電話番号またはメールアドレスへご連絡いたします。
Reservations are recommended, although walk-in guests are welcome if space is available. Reservations receive priority.
Cancellations can be made through the link in your confirmation email and are free of charge.
For safety reasons, we may cancel reservations or suspend operations due to severe weather or other emergencies. Guests will be notified by phone or email.
■ ご利用について（During Your Stay）
・チェックイン（14:00～16:00）、チェックアウト（10:00）の時間をお守りください。
・ペットは必ずリードをご使用ください。車内への放置は禁止です。
・他のお客様や自然環境へのご配慮をお願いいたします。
Please observe check-in (14:00–16:00) and check-out (10:00) times.
Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended in vehicles.
Please respect other guests and the natural environment.
■ 火気・喫煙について（Fire & Smoking）
・直火は禁止です。必ず指定の焚き火台をご利用ください。
・火の取り扱いには十分ご注意いただき、ゴミを燃やさないでください。
・喫煙は指定場所のみでお願いします。吸い殻のポイ捨ては禁止です。
・打ち上げ花火、ロケット花火など危険または騒音となる花火は禁止です。
Open fires are prohibited. Please use designated fire pits only.
Handle fire carefully and do not burn garbage.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Do not litter cigarette butts.
Fireworks that are dangerous or create excessive noise are prohibited.
■ ゴミ・施設利用について（Cleanliness）
・ゴミは分別のうえ指定の回収場所へお持ちください。
・ご利用後は設備・備品を元の状態に戻してください。
・施設や備品を破損・汚損した場合は、修理費等をご負担いただく場合があります。
Please separate your waste and dispose of it at the designated collection point.
Please leave facilities and equipment in their original condition.
Guests may be charged for damage to the facility or its equipment.
■ 道路状況について（Road Conditions）
大雨時には国道425号で雨量規制が実施される場合があります。最新の道路状況をご確認のうえ、安全を最優先にご来場ください。
During heavy rainfall, National Route 425 may be subject to rainfall-related traffic restrictions. Please check the latest road information before traveling and prioritize your safety.

■ 免責事項（Disclaimer）
当施設は、自然災害、事故、盗難、利用者同士のトラブル、虫や野生動物による被害、持ち込み品・貴重品の紛失・破損など、当施設の責めに帰さない事由について一切の責任を負いません。また、利用中または来退場中の事故・けが等についても、法令に定める場合を除き責任を負いかねます。
The Facility is not liable for losses, injuries, accidents, theft, disputes between guests, damage caused by wildlife or insects, or loss or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law. Guests use the Facility at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

利用者のリスクについて
マムシの遭遇による事故、斜面での落石や、強風による倒木などの事故、突風による事故、落雷事故、お子様などの遭難リスク、自動車による事故、盗難のリスクなど、様々なリスクがあります。
There are various risks, including accidents resulting from encounters with vipers, falling rocks on slopes, fallen trees due to strong winds, accidents caused by gusts of wind, lightning strikes, the risk of children getting lost, car accidents, and the risk of theft.
自然と寄り添いながら、リスクを想定した自己責任の範囲での利用に同意頂ける方の予約を受け付けております。
We accept reservations from those who agree to use the facility at their own risk, while remaining close to nature and assuming all risks.
ペットを連れても大丈夫ですか？（Can I bring in pets?）
空中ウォーク・キャンプ場建物内への同伴は出来ませんが、遊歩道・グランド内での散歩などは出来ます。犬のリーシュを付ける場所もがございます。宿泊については可能ですが、事前にお問い合わせください。※樹上で過ごしますのでペット用抱っこ紐を利用しての入場も危険性が高く、また抱っこをされる方がとても体力を消耗してしまいます。
Pets are not allowed inside the “Tree-Top Walk” or campsite buildings, but they can be walked on the promenade and grounds. There are places where you can put a leash on your dog. Overnight stays are possible, but please contact us in advance.

ご利用日の前日までにお電話にて変更可能です。
You can change it by phone up until the day before your visit.
キャンセル料は発生しますか？（Are there any cancellation fees?）
キャンセル料は発生しませんが、キャンセルされる場合は予約メールに記載されたURLからキャンセル手続きをお願いします。
※ツリーハウスのみ無断キャンセルされた場合、ご宿泊代金の100％にてご請求させていただく可能性がございます。
There are no cancellation fees, but if you wish to cancel, please follow the cancellation procedure from the URL included in the reservation email.
※Please note that for treehouse accommodations, in the event of a no-show without prior notice, you may be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
お支払い方法は現金のみですか？（Is cash the only payment method?）
お支払方法は、現金と電子マネー、クレジットカードでの現地決済（主要な国際ブランドのクレジットカード）に対応しております。詳しくは受付のスタッフにご確認ください。
We accept cash, electronic money, and local payment by credit card (major international credit card brands). Please ask the reception staff for details.
送迎はありますか？（Is there a shuttle service?）
申し訳ございません。送迎サービスは行っておりません。

空中の村では指定のレンタカー店で空中の村へ行くことをお伝えしていただいてからレンタカーをご予約いただくと通常よりお得な価格でレンタカーをご利用できます。
At Kuchuu no Mura, if you tell the designated rental car shop that you are going to Kuchuu no Mura and then book a rental car, you can rent a car at a cheaper price than usual.
